			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>MUZAFFARABAD: At least 10 people were killed and scores of people injured on Sunday after a suicide bomber blew himself up at the gate of the CMH in Muzaffarabad.</p>
<p>Housing Minister of Azad Kashmir Murtaza Gilani confirmed that 12 people died in the blast.</p>
<p>Besides, a noted religious scholar Mufti Kifayat Hussain said that at least five people were killed and 54 others injured in the blast.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the Army took control of the area after the blast.</p>
<p>Muzaffarabad Deputy Commissioner Chaudhry Imtiaz said that 81 people were killed in the attack. Out of 81 injured in the blast, 10 are in critical state.</p>
